Living Orange Wine Sauvignon Blanc 2021

General information: Living orange wine from organic, biodynamic grapes,
produced in Poliana Green Farm, at the foothills of Strandzha Mountain. The grapes
were grown without using any chemical substances (including sulfur, blue stone, etc.)
and they gather only the natural forces of nature and the qualities of its terroir.
The wine does not contain any synthetic chemicals or oenological additives.
It is a natural bouquet of enzymes, bacteria, probiotics, minerals and vitamins.
Our orange wine is made from white Sauvignon Blanc grapes using the red wine method.
Thus, the wine acquires a denser and deeper aroma, atypical of white wine.
Orange wine is made according to the method of red wine (after crushing
grapes, during fermentation, the juice is allowed to settle with the skins).
Processed in this way, the wine acquires a denser and deeper aroma,
atypical for white wine.
Flavors and aromas: Complex aromas of thyme, chamomile, hay,
citrus, honey are perceived.
Consumption: It is good to drink chilled, maybe decanted.
Recommended with white pasta, white meat, hard cheeses, it goes
particularly well even on its own.
