General information: Living orange wine from organic, biodynamic grapes,
produced in Bio Ferma Polyana, at the foot of Strandzha mountain. It's the grapes
grown without the use of any chemical substances (sulphur, blue stone, etc.). It
has gathered only the natural forces of nature and the qualities of only its terroir.
The wine is also completely natural, no sulfites of any kind have been added,
synthetic chemicals or oenological additives. So in it, even in the bottle,
dozens of strains of microorganisms continue to live. Natural bouquet of
enzymes, bacteria, probiotics, minerals and vitamins. The wine was aged in
French oak barrels.
Flavors and aromas: active, softly earthy, with hints of berries and vanilla.
Consumption: The wine should be decanted at least two hours before use, which
activates the living microorganisms in it.
Suitable foods: Recommended with pasta, red meat and cheese.
